What is the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) course

This workshop offers an in-depth introduction to the foundational principles and practices of Scrum. Attendees will immerse themselves in Scrum through a mix of hands-on exercises and theory, translating concepts into real-world applications.

During the workshop, attendees will actively engage with key Scrum tools, such as the Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and Taskboards. They will navigate the complete Scrum cycle, delving into essential activities like the Sprint Planning meeting, Daily Scrum meetings, Sprint Review meeting, and the culminating Retrospectives.

Upon course completion, participants will be well-prepared to undertake the Scrum Alliance assessment exam. This online multiple-choice test is a stepping stone to attaining the Certified ScrumMaster title, which comes with a two-year membership in the Scrum Alliance, granting access to exclusive ScrumMaster resources and content.

Who should take the Certified ScrumMaster course?

The Certified Scrum Master course is suitable for Scrum Masters, Software Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers and new Scrum Team Members. Anyone new to the agile way of work will find value in the concepts covered in the CSM course.
